The VARILIGHT V-Com (Commercial) Series Dimmer, like all our products, is designed to meet the latest European Safety Legislation.
The V-Com Series can be used in the home and also for commercial properties, restaurants, hotels, bars, pubs and night clubs, to name just a few applications.
Ideal for dimming LED ceiling panels.
These dimmers include Soft Start Technology allowing a longer life span of the LED lamps used by increasing the brightness level softly, which also creates a welcoming effect.
They also include an adjustable minimum brightness. For instance, if the LEDs are too bright at the lowest dimmer level.
Like most other Varilight dimmers they have Thermal Protection which cuts the power to the product, in circumstances like overheating due to overloading of the dimmer, which stops damage to the V-Com dimmer
They are suitable for most types of loads, although we sell less expensive dimmers to achieve dimming of non-LED loads, check our Compatibility guide or instruction PDF found in "Specs & PDF's", or the instruction leaflet included with the dimmer.
Works well with good quality LEDs like Halers, Collingwood, Megaman, and the LEDs that we sell.
The V-Com Series Dimmer can NOT be used for wire-wound Low Voltage transformers, Fans or inductive loads.
These Dimmers can be used in 2-way circuits (where one lighting circuit is controlled from two locations). In order to achieve 2-way switching, they must be paired with a standard 2-way switch in the other location. 3-way switching can also be achieved by adding an intermediate switch in to the circuit.
This Dimmer has a maximum of 600 Watts per dimming module and a minimum of 60 Watts.

Fits in a 25mm Deep Wall Box we would recommend a 35mm box though to make wiring easier.

If you are purchasing from outside the UK an additional delivery cost will apply this is added at the checkout once you have entered your address.
Delivery Schedule: -
We try to despatch all orders the same day we receive it. (Monday to Friday). We will deliver to you either by Royal Mail, or by parcel carrier, according to weight and value of order. Delivery is usually within 48 hours or sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order. All orders are sent recorded and must be signed for so please make sure someone is in, or we can deliver to your place of work if this is convenient. We are unable to despatch orders at weekends and bank holidays.
In the event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will send everything but that item to you. Once the item comes into stock, we will then complete your order, at no extra delivery cost to you. If you require an item urgently please call or email us with the 'item code' and we will advise immediately if the item is in stock.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.
Oversize charges/free delivery
Due to the weight of our mains cable an extra £2.50 will apply per drum to cover the cost of the delivery, aside from this if you spend over £99 then delivery is free. We also deliver LED lamps and some brands of lighting for free with no minimum order value.
