The tough High Street conditions claimed another lighting showroom casualty recently as the Lumination lighting concession moved out of Gardiner Haskins Bristol and with the Gardiner Haskins Cirencester branch closing, essentially 2 lighting showrooms are now gone from the High Street. - After 51 years trading, ABLECTRICS is still going strong however, moving to their new Zetland Road premise in 2023 which offers a much larger showroom with free customer parking and EV Charging.
The ABLECTRICS showroom not only has a fantastic selection of lighting from some of the worlds best manufacturers, it has also been designed to show the lighting in a true enviroment, not simply to plaster the walls & ceilings with as many lights as possible. From bathrooms to bedrooms there is lighting available for all enviroments. Ablectrics has even gone as far as to team up with other local independant businesses to help show how great lighting can compliment a space. The Kitchen Den - a Local Independant kitchen design company have recently installed some of their displays in the Ablectrics showroom and it looks amazing! Ablectrics also work in collaboration with CinemaWorks, an award winning home cinema design company and have a purpose built home cinema showroom in Ablectrics Zetland Road store. The cinema room boost state of the art addressable LED Tape and a full RAKO controls system.
As well as supplying Lighting from the worlds best manufacturers, Ablectrics also works with Fraser Besant Lighting (a sister company) that manufacturers industrial and vintage inspired lighting in their Bristol Workshop. This unique range and capability allows Ablectrics to make ranges you simply cannot find elsewhere.
