Our lighting showroom is in Bristol and this is where we would normally meet. Our lighting showroom is constantly updated with the latest designer lights, the newest LEDs and innovative display areas. In fact our showroom is often prioritised over any online presence or our website. We are a 46 year old business built on a foundation of customer service and offering a unique and enjoyable buying experience. While many companies have invested in websites and SEO we find our customers prefer a high end showroom full of the latest lights and innovative displays.
During the initial meeting we will walk you round the showroom and outline particular light fittings that we feel would work in your home. You can see the lights and how they look and feel. We will ask you specific questions allowing us to understand the focus of the design and your priorities. Listening and getting you involved as much as possible. Starting with the primary lighting for the space we will then build up the lighting design in layers. Explaining how and why each light will be used. Having worked on lighting designs for over 15 years we appreciate how light will behave and effect a space. A lighting design is not simply filling a space with light and then adding a dimmer switch. It is about shadows and atmosphere. Recognizing the different uses you will have for a room and then ensuring the lighting at that given point is correct. Open plan spaces seem to be the biggest challenge for people building or renovating their homes. With a tried and tested approach to lighting design having consulted on 100s of projects we have a wealth of experience to draw on. To back that up we have a choice of over 15,000 lights from designers and suppliers we choose to work with from all over the world.
Often when working on larger areas we recommend the RAKO Controls system for lighting/Blind Control. This innovative system allows you to easily control multiple circuits from a small wall mounted switch, via mobile apps or from a rf remote control. You can use it for pre-set moods such as Dining/Movie/Relax etc. to control all circuits simultaneously to your desired setting. You can also control and adjust each individual circuit to create the perfect lighting for any situation. This system works particularly well with Media Walls for highlight effect such as RGBCCT (Colour and White control) LED Tape. We have a beautiful media wall on display in store with a inbuilt Evonics fire place. The Evonic fire range offers a fantastic selection of centrepiece fires with market leading technology.
We have a new display of EV car chargers in our Bristol showroom and can arrange a supply and installation service. Come in and speak to us for any advise or questions you may have. The EV car chargers we supply are made by Project EV and Sync EV (part of Britsih General) and come with a comprehensive 5 year guarantee. They also do not require and earth so they are suitable for a wide array of applications, with a nice and easy installation. Each unit is IP65 rated so its designed for all weather conditions. You can download and use the app to monitor your charging progress and costs. It is important to factor in the cabling requirements for EV chargers at an early stage so please speak to us for any advice.
